MVP Launch — July 1, 2026

The operating system
for your practice.

Every screen, every workflow, every calculation a Canadian advisor needs — running on one engine. CRM, planning, intelligence, and client output, integrated by design.

We're building something different and we want your input from day one. Join the mailing list or apply to shape the beta.

Your practice OS

One system, no duct tape.

Stop running your practice on five disconnected tools. CRM, planning, intelligence, and client output share one data layer — so changing a household’s income on Monday updates the retirement plan, the insurance need, the client report, and the recommendations by the time you sit down with them on Tuesday.

Canadian-First Math

RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, RESP, pension income splitting, marginal tax by province — native from the start. No US assumptions, no workarounds.

Everything in One Place

CRM, planning tools, KYC, and client communication — one workspace instead of five disconnected systems.

Smart Where It Counts

Intelligent features that work alongside you — not another add-on to pay for. Included from day one.

What Makes Us Different

We're not building another CRM.
We're rethinking the entire workflow.

Here's what's actually shipping with the platform — and what we're betting will change how you practise.

Shipping

Canadian math, all the way down.

Not a US product with a maple leaf slapped on. Every calculation is built around CRA rules, provincial brackets, and the structures you actually recommend:

  • Corporate: CDA, GRIP, RDTOH + eRDTOH tracked per corp; LCGE with family-trust multiplication modelling
  • Registered: RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, RESP, RDSP, spousal RRSP, pension splitting
  • Benefits: CPP / OAS with clawback, GIS, CCB, EI sickness, disability credits
  • Province-specific: marginal + effective rates for all 10 provinces + 3 territories
  • Strategies: corporate-owned life with CDA flow-through, IFA, estate freezes, income-offset refinancing
Shipping

One workspace. Every module.

Stop tab-switching between your CRM, your planner, your spreadsheet, your commission tracker, and your calendar. AdvisorAxis is one tool:

  • CRM: contacts, households, pipeline kanban, tasks, notes, referrals, activity log
  • Planning: insurance needs, retirement, corporate, debt strategy — one intake, every module
  • Output: branded client reports with your logo, built from the intake in under a minute
  • Commissions: statement ingestion + reconciliation (for your book and any advisors you oversee)
  • Plan versioning: every save is a timestamped snapshot you can return to
Shipping

Recommendations actually tailored to the client.

No cookie-cutter templates. The engine reads the household’s situation, priorities, and goals end-to-end — accounts, room, family income, kids’ ages, retirement projection, estate position — and surfaces what an experienced advisor would notice. See an example →

Shipping

Your data stays in Canada.

Hosted in a Canadian region. PIPEDA-aligned retention controls. Firm-level isolation from day one. Audit log on every write so compliance questions have answers.

Coming soon

Meeting → tasks, automatically.

One click at the start of a client meeting. Transcript, follow-up tasks, calendar holds, and note-to-file are drafted for you — you review and approve. Ship target: Q3 2026.

A real example
A $20,000 RRSP contribution worth $2,820 more than the tax refund alone.

The household

Family
Couple, two kids ages 4 + 8
Family net income
$110,000
Province
Ontario

Most planning tools will tell this household what they save in tax from a $20,000 RRSP contribution — usually around $5,800. End of recommendation. AdvisorAxis reads three other parts of the same file and surfaces what those tools miss:

1
Income tax saved this year
The $20,000 deduction reduces taxable income at the household’s marginal bracket.
+$5,800
2
Canada Child Benefit goes up
Lowering Adjusted Family Net Income from $110k to $90k slows the CCB phase-out for both kids.
+$1,140/yr
3
Canadian Dental Care Plan unlocks
At $110k income the family is above the eligibility ceiling; at $90k they qualify for 60% dental coverage.
+$1,680/yr value
What the client actually captures
Tax saved  + $2,820/yr in benefits the deduction unlocked
$8,620

No other Canadian planning tool we’ve seen joins RRSP / FHSA contributions to CCB phase-out math, CDCP eligibility, GST/HST credit, and Canada Workers Benefit on the same screen. The same engine catches plan-funding contradictions (“your investable estate depletes at age 73, so the funeral fund needs a permanent policy”), spousal-RRSP deduction attribution, and contribution-room over-contributions. Recommendations are derived from this household’s situation — never templates.

Who's behind this

Practising advisors, not tech bros.

AdvisorAxis is built by Canadian financial advisors who got tired of duct-taping together five different tools to do the work of one. Every line of code, every workflow, every calculation has passed through the same filter: would a real advisor actually use this? When the answer is no, it doesn't ship.

We're keeping the team profile light during the private beta. Selected beta testers get direct, hands-on access to the people building it — bug reports go straight into the queue, feature ideas get real conversations.

Our Philosophy

Built for advisors, by advisors.

We're not building this in a vacuum. Beta testers will directly influence what gets built, how it works, and what ships. Your experience is our roadmap.

MVP launch is targeted for July 1, 2026. Join the mailing list for updates, or apply to become a beta tester and help shape the platform.

Be the first to know when we open beta applications, launch new features, or hit milestones. No spam — just the important stuff.

We use your information to send updates and never share it. See our privacy policy.

We're looking for 20-30 Canadian advisors who want to shape a CRM that works how they actually practise. Selected beta testers get early access and priority input on what ships.
